We’re looking for passionate, organized, and community-driven humans to step into key Producer roles and help shape the experience from the ground up.

Open Producer Roles:
– Foundations Producer – Keep our core strong!
– Safety Producer – Help us play safe and stay weird.
– DPW Exodus Producer – Guide our beautiful chaos back to zero.
– Flow AssProd – Support smooth operations with style.

What do Producers do?
Producers are the glue that holds it all together! They lead their departments (pods), rally the Team Leads, keep things on track, and make sure that the event unfolds with teamwork, creativity, and a whole lot of heart. They’re mentors, problem-solvers, and the ultimate team players — plus, they get to experience What If from the best seat in the house!
