What if you were the Flow Associate Producer?
The Flow Associate Producer is the mastermind behind smooth arrivals, warm welcomes, and seamless movement throughout the event. You’ll oversee the teams that make sure every participant feels guided, included, and ready to dive into the experience from the moment they arrive.
- Gate – The first stop! Ensuring a smooth, efficient check-in.
- Greeters  – Spreading the sparkle and welcoming everyone home.
- Parking – Keeping things organized so the fun starts stress-free.
- Signage – Making sure folks can find their way (even in the dark).
As Flow AssProd, you’ll keep these teams connected and supported, ensuring everything runs like a dream. No traffic control experience required—just a love for organization, teamwork, and setting the stage for a truly welcoming event.
