Accessibility at What If

Accessibility shuttle and other initiatives!
At What If, we believe deeply in radical inclusion. Accessibility is central to how we build our community and we’re always working to do better.

Our beautiful event site in Merritt is relatively flat, but it’s still a big space, so getting around can be a challenge for some!

To help, our production team will once again run an accessibility shuttle for What If 2025. Last year, we introduced designated shuttle stops marked by benches and street-style signs, and we’ll be using the same system this year.

These stops are not only functional – they’re also great places to take a break, share a story, or make a new friend!

You can also catch the shuttle from Mobility Camp, where regular pickups will be available, or request a ride at any time by asking someone with a radio to call it in.

We ask for your patience as it’s a large site, and pickups may take a little time, but we’ll get to yo!

We know there’s always more we can do. We’re committed to helping everyone participate meaningfully in the What If experience, and we welcome your feedback and ideas.

Reach out to the What If Production Accessibility Lead if you have questions or specific accessibility needs, by emailing us at the link below. We’d love to hear from you!
