You must pre-register for Early Arrival!
Anyone helping with a theme camp, art project, or other pre-event volunteer responsibilities must pre-register for early arrival entry by filling out the Early Arrival Registration form. Each person requesting Early Arrival must submit their own form so that we can quickly check everyone in.

Early arrival is permitted from Tuesday, July 29 (all day) to Wednesday, July 30th at 9pm. The gate will be locked after 9pm on Wednesday.
(PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY!! If you were planning to get off work at 5ish downtown Vancouver on Wednesday and head up — no you aren’t, unless your car is gassed up and packed and you’re not making any stops!!)!

Deadline to register for Early Arrival is Sunday, July 27th, 11:59pm

Important: Early Arrivals please attend Flow Hub for your wristbands on Wednesday, July 30th between 6pm and 9pm.

Persons needing to access the Forest side are welcome to go straight to Forest Gate ONLY during the Early Arrival period.
