You can’t just show up on site early!
Everyone arriving on site early must to register in advance, AND have a good reason to be on site.
You can only be on site early to set up your art or theme/sound camp, or for a production volunteer shift.

AND every adult arriving before Gate opens on Thursday must fill out the Early Arrival form!

Early Arrival forms must be completed NO LATER than Friday, July 17 @ 11:59PM, so that our team has time to review them. Please fill it out as early as possible, though, so we can front-load our review!

No theme/sound camps or art projects arrive on site for set-up prior to 2pm on Tuesday, July 21, and any Tuesday arrival must be approved in advance by the Curation or Art Placement teams, respectively.

Please also note that Gate will be locked each night this year, so please arrive before that time.
