We urgently need Shift Leads for Harm Reduction! 
This is a rare on-call volunteer position, so you’ll get a radio and be free to walk around enjoying the event, helping out only when you’re needed. You’ll provide sober leadership and support without being stationed in the space at all times.

While on call, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for Sanctuary volunteers — checking in, answering questions, and offering guidance when situations become more complex.

This position is well suited to someone who is comfortable holding space, staying calm under pressure, and working from a harm-reduction lens.

Experience in peer support, crisis response, or other helping roles is an asset, but not required.
