VOLUNTEER: Gate Shift Leads urgently needed

Do you consider yourself a calm kitty, capable of taming teams of frenzied felines?!
THEN WE HAVE A JOB FOR YOU!
We need a couple more Gate Shift Leads to keep the Gate open!

The Flow is looking for extraordinary cat-herders to KITTY-CAPTAIN THE GATE!
As the Gate Shift Lead, you’ll support the smooth operation of the Gate Team by providing guidance, troubleshooting, and oversight during your shift. You’ll be the go-to person for questions, help coordinate transitions between incoming and outgoing volunteers, and make sure that Gate runs efficiently and safely. You’ll also be responsible for checking in with your team, making sure that everyone understands their role, and helping with onsite training as needed.

Real talk — these shifts need to be filled to keep the Gate open at these times! Specifically, we’re looking for folks for:

  • Friday afternoon late afternoon to closing (two shifts)
  • Saturday mid-morning to mid-afternoon (one shift)

Interested in volunteering for this essential volunteer shift?
Sign up for one of the shifts on VOME or email [email protected] to put your PAW forward!

Note: We have pre-event trainings coming up soon on July 9 and 15, so please reach out ASAP if you’re interested!

We also need more Flow Hub Captains!
Flow Hub Captains lead the squad of parking volunteers and greeters at the gateway to the party zone. Don your captain’s cap, grab a radio, and enjoy the shade of the Flow Hub tent while you keep folks flowing to their campsites in a good mood. Pre-event training and onsite instructions provided.
