Accessibility at What If

Updates for What If 2025 are being made as information becomes available. This page is not fully up to date as of yet.

Mobility Camp is here to help you!
What If believes deeply in radical inclusion. In recent years we have added an Accessibility Lead to our production team and have implemented a shuttle gator for Persons with Disabilities (which was also gratefully used by parents with little ones and volunteers getting off shift).
Our home in Merritt on the Coldwater river is relatively flat, and is much more accessible than our previous site. However, it is a BIG site.

The production team will again run an accessibility shuttle at What If 2025, and we are currently exploring implementing designated shuttle stops with the ability to call for the shuttle.

Also, rides can be arranged through Mobility Camp (there will be regular pickups from there) and by request.

Just ask someone with a radio to contact the shuttle to get a pick up when needed.

We know that there is always room for improvement. We are committed to supporting people meaningfully participating in our BitF community and would love to hear from you about any accessibility needs you may have.

If you have any specific questions or requests around accessibility, please email [email protected]. We look forward to hearing from you!
