What Where When Guide Event Submission Form

This form is for any participant wishing to publish an event in our What Where When Guide which will be visible on the Dust app. To be included in the print-at-home PDF version, submit your entry before end of day Sunday July 12th.

Camp & Art Project leads have access to enter their own events directly in the Dust app as well, so you can ask your camp lead to publish your event in the DUST app. For more info, see the What Where When page under the Event Guide menu.

Please use this form to submit an Event for inclusion into the What Where When Guide. Deadline to make the print-at-home pdf version is Sunday July 12th 11:59pm. After that your entry will still be visible to anyone using the app.

Add any more content that you wish to share with people on the Dust app beyond the 500 max character blurb above. You can write more for the app readers & add some hashtags so that people can search on certain words to find similar styles of events, or anything pertinent not yet included in your description above. Some examples might be: #dance #kids #potatoes #bubbles #daytime Location "somewhere" is for events that are not happening at a listed camp location. Be sure to include meetup location details in your description so people know where to find you!

Choose your second 'Event Type' from the listed choices. You can select a 2nd one of these in the next field. People can then see the available event types in the Dust app, under Events, by hitting the caret down arrow at the top right.

Event Type #3 (Type of event - optional)

Choose your third 'Event Type' from the listed choices. People can then see the available event types in the Dust app, under Events, by hitting the caret down arrow at the top right.

Event Location (Name of Camp or Art or "n/a")(Required)

For events that are not happening at a listed camp location, indicate n/a. Be sure to include meetup location details in your description so people know where to find you!
