June 11th – Placement Deadline for Steward Tickets!

If you’re planning a theme camp, sound camp or art project to What If in 2025, it’s recommend you apply before June 11th, to quality for Steward Tickets.

Steward Tickets are discounted tickets for your core crew, regular crew in need of support, or as incentives to attract new builders to your project.

  • What are Steward Tickets?
    Steward Tickets offer a discounted price as our way of thanking those who commit early to bringing their creative visions to life and supporting the What If community.We want to recognize these groups for their monumental contributions, and in a sense, acting as stewards of our community through their active engagement with production and ongoing volunteer commitments throughout the year.
  • How can I use these tickets?
    These tickets are intended to reward core campmates or art builders who help build the foundation of your project. You can use them for this core crew, or someone else in your crew who could really use a $30 break on their ticket.
  • I already bought a regular ticket. Can I get a refund on this and change it for a Steward?
    No, we do not refunds on tickets, as this is a 100% volunteer run event on a non-profit basis. That being said, you can sell your normal ticket to a friend or someone else, and still opt to buy a Steward Ticket for yourself, or even better, offer it to a friend who could use the discount!
  • Can I apply for placement after this deadline?
    Yes, this is not a final deadline for placement. This is just a final deadline for Steward Tickets for you and your core crew.
