Production volunteer call out – Flow Producer, DPW Onsite Producer, LIDAR, and volunteer coordinators!

Production volunteer call out
Important volunteer roles need to be filled!

We have a great team doing some exciting stuff on Production this year, and we’ve got a few key spots still up for grabs! Get it while it’s hot:

Flow Production – be the Queen, King, or Monarch of the Gate! Looking for an organized people-person to wrangle our largest group of volunteers (like our wonderful gate folks in the pic above!) into the well-oiled machine that is gate, greeters, parking, accessibility, and signage.

DPW Onsite – looking for the Most Useful Person Onsite, a co-producer to work with Sigrun, aka “Sziggy”, aka “Train is Running Well AND On Time” to make the Department of Public Works really work.

Please reach out to [email protected] to enquire with your interest and relevant experience

Looking for a volunteer who can help us map our forest space (LIDAR or otherwise). Contact [email protected] if you have the technical skills to contribute to this!

The GVIAS Volunteer Committee is looking for a dedicated team of volunteer coordinators for What If 2026! Help us support the hundreds of volunteers that show up to set up and take down our party in the Merritt desert!

Whether you’re passionate about logistics and spreadsheets, people-wrangling and fostering inclusive spaces, or creating silly recruitment campaigns, we’d love to bring you onboard to make What If 2026 our best Regional Burn yet!

Please reach out to [email protected] if you’re interested!
